This place sucks to deliver to. 5 hours to unload 11 pallets. Need to disconnect and drop trailer. Security check in at the gate then again at the shipping department. Finally after the green light and it’s time to get the BOL I’ve been ringing the doorbell at the office for someone to come for 20 minutes now. Everyone in the warehouse pretends they don’t see me to avoid me.

I have been here many times for pick up and everything was cool. But this time I came for delivery and their receiving department suck big time. A lot of waiting time and you have to detach the trailer.

Delivery appt 0530. Weird bc they do appt blocks at 0300, 0600, etc. No overnight parking onsite but parking allowed on street in front of warehouse. Guard at gate was friendly and helpful, let me enter. I parked between trailers until was awakened by a friendly yard driver at 0300 who encouraged me to check in early bc no overnight parking. Receiving check in door 181 S. Got in door at 0315. Overall great experience

Not sure about all the negative reviews, my experience was pretty positive. I had a 6:00 appointment, checked in at 5:20, and by 7: 05 I was unloaded.
