I just received my 2 cases of nutrition drinks (48)shipped from this location on 9/26/25 The best by date is Nov 5th just 5 weeks away. I called customer service for a replacement order and they could send a label to pick these up and first customer service lady said no problem but I then missed a call from someone else. When I called back I was basically told in a nice way too bad, the front office says we're not replacing them. I will be reporting the issue to both Kaiser and Medicare.
