This is the second medlife I have been disappointed at and I have heard horror stories of other ones as well. Some awesome nurses here, more unprofessional nurses though, my blood pressure was taken 7 times, 4 by pump and 3 by the finger clip, and it took 30 minutes to get an x-ray. Didnt have crutches either, what urgent care doesnt have crutches. The radiologist that was supposed to call never called, and I do not think i will be returning for my follow up or any other medlife locations ever again.
Dr Warner is the kindest most caring physician that I personally have ever dealt with. My whole family goes to her never had any complaints
I triple booked a primary care appointment for myself and my 2 daughters, there was a little wait, HOWEVER the service, care and bed side manner was spot on. We have never had so much fun at a doctors appointment before. Dr Kevin and his amazing nurse (I wish I was better with names, but she was awesome with the lashes of an angel) made us feel right at home and didn’t bat an eye at 3 patients in one room. Medlife charged me for multiple nose swabs that were not administered to me. I called the billing department many times and they were no help, they did not care to listed to my issues but just offer me a discount. I then went into the office and the lady at the front desk agreed it was a billing issue and that she would email billing to correct it and send me an updated bill. I just got a letter that they sent my account to collections. No help and terrible customer service.
