I've had a few visits there where they tell me that they take my VA Insurance. Now they say they don't know how to bill the VA and now are trying to bill me. I'm a disabled veteran and this causes me a lot of stress now that I have to figure it out since they don't know how to do their job. Veterans, don't go here, they actually don't accept our insurance. This really is not ok to lie that you take the VA insurance and then bill me. I'm on disability.

Terrible customer service over the phone. They won’t answer your questions and only repeat their questions. A man whose name starts with an s was so rude and short when I asked if this was the correct location. Unprofessional, very hard to understand , and is so rude if you ask him to repeat anything. He kept telling me he can’t find the patient information. If he would’ve listened to me, he would understand I’m a new patient looking to book an appointment.
