How does a 5 star review turn into a 1 star in 24 hours? To a 2 then to a 3, possible 4...??? Well I visited on a Sunday and PA Shelloi was so kind and so attentive, listened and gave me a few tests to see what was going on with me. She expressed her concerns over the possibilities...They took blood...shout out to PA Octavia because I can be a hard stick but she aced it!!! This medical office is phenomenal. The level of empathy and professionalism is outstanding. Everyone listens and truly cares about you at this doctor’s office. I have never had a bad experience here. They take time to explain things and CARE about you and are EMPATHETIC and not to mention the positive energy and welcoming atmosphere.
