If I could give less I would. Complete crooks. I dropped off my car just to be looked at and they did service without my go ahead. They apparently put in a battery then took it out again to check it because it couldn't be jumped. They quoted me 3k and told me my car was unusable then demanded payment for me to drive it off the lot when I said I didn't want the work done (mainly because i can't afford it, duh).
