If I could give less I would. Complete crooks. I dropped off my car just to be looked at and they did service without my go ahead. They apparently put in a battery then took it out again to check it because it couldn't be jumped. They quoted me 3k and told me my car was unusable then demanded payment for me to drive it off the lot when I said I didn't want the work done (mainly because i can't afford it, duh). Slimy Eddie's Auto Swindle. I will never come back to this shop. I will defer everyone I meet from this shop. No one deserves to be treated like I just have. On the first visit, the arrogant counter employee named Eddie refused to listen to me about my fuel delivery issue. I even recommended the part to check. 3 visits and over $1500 run-around later, I get a sheepish call from ol' Eddie saying it was the part I recommended them check the first time. I went to medleys for a leaky back break line next to my abs.while they was "fixing it they call me and tell me that now my front break line has sprang a leak he said...and of course it will cost extra $.so when I go pick up my truck ..now the break light is on and says breaks need fixed..the break light want on when I dropped it off..the guy lied to my face and said it was....and that it will cost more $ to fix...money I don't have...now I have to take my truck somewhere eles to get their mistakes fixed......thanks alot for... read more

Took my truck there to fix my breaks, and they “found another problem”. Told me nothing was wrong with my breaks and took over a week to fix the “problem”. When I got my truck back the breaks still don’t work right and I will have to take somewhere else and spend more money just to fix something they ignored.
