Called them up to fix a leaking cylinder on our forklift. Dustin came over and looked at it, said it shouldn't be that big of a deal - I believe quoted something like 125 or 150 an hour and quoted a total of $1200. They didn't have the parts so they ordered them and got back to me once they had them. The technician came over and said it should only be an hour and a half or 2. Called Thursday 4/11/2024 to see if they had some filters for a Hyster Forklift we had in our shop for a PM service. Parts department guy (James?) had an attitude the entire conversation, kept sighing as if I was wasting his time, and was just generally unpleasant. They did not have the OE filters in stock, but he was (surprisingly) willing to find some that worked, which earned them the 2 stars instead of 1. 7/22/22 Delivered a forklift here. Facility was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and prompt. I would definitely return here.
