When we bought our house the floor furnace went out called medley they said it would take 3 months to get to us. A few years later I wanted a new heating and air system I called them was told the supervisor was not in but would be in at 9am to call back I called back and was told he was there but did not want to talk to me I never gave them a name so I could have been anyone I would freeze to death before I would let them touch anything of mine
We bought a house last year and knew that the heat pump would need replacing soon. It finally gave up and were without heat in below 20 degree temps at night. When I called Medley they were super nice and it seems like they really care about their customers. They were out there for an estimate that same day and though they said that it was going to be about a week before they could fit me in, Robert House sent one of his guys to my house to patch up the Emergency Heat so we at least wouldn't freeze to death. Medley was great!! When our unit blew they worked above and beyond helping us purchase our new unit. Also, placed a temporary piece on our old unit to keep us warm till our new unit came in!! Thanks guys!!
This family ran company is awesome they did our salon at E nails & spa! Fixed what another contractor ran out on and fast and exactly as we asked... two years ago but everything is still perfect thank you!
