THIS LAB BILLS YOU TWICE! They DO NOT do any testing of the samples here. They charge you for the blood draw and SEND THE SAMPLE TO ST LUKE'S. Then St Luke's bills you again! Don't bother going here -- you may as well go to St. Luke's and only get one bill!
The arrival text did not work. Ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting. Suggest you just call/ walk at you appointment time.
The reps that handle the blood draw are great- the front desk rep and management needs to look up the meaning of customer service.
They’re at “critically low staffing” and require an appointment. Most of the times the appointments are at least 2 days out. Next time I will go down the street to weland that happily accepts walk ins. They need to figure out their staffing issue and not make it the patients problem. Staff was nice.
