I been going here for year's all the sudden the girl that was always there was not there when I went the 2 new ladies were rude and very unprofessional I will no longer use this service, horrible.
I went to this lab 1.5 weeks ago for routine bloodwork. They told me results would be ready within 1-2 days. I have been waiting for my blood test results since last week. I found out this week that my samples were never received by the main lab. I have been calling to speak with a supervisor for several days now. The receptionist was pleasant but NO ONE has contacted me at all with a response. Where was my blood work sent out to and where are the results? This is completely unacceptable and totally negligent.
