Every time that I have been to Medix in the Stone Oak area, the staff has been very personable and professional. They are very adapt at getting IV access and completing the infusions in a timely manner.

I called a bunch of times trying to ask some questions. I need to get my PICC line and the dressing changed. So, do you guys change dressings for PICC lines? No one answered my calls, and I even got hung up on.

Stephanie and Sara are incomparable—both in their medical skills, and in their customer service. With today’s increasingly detached and seemingly uncaring medical system, it is such a treat to visit them! I am so grateful to them both and wish that all my medical appointments could be of this caliber!

First time infusion patient here. Absolute joke trying to deal with the robot calls to get anything done. Making an appointment took weeks Trying to cancel is taking multiple calls. They don’t call you back. I am going a different route because this is a circus. Avoid this if at all possible.

I have been visiting this infusion center for 2 years now and I’m very happy with the service, the place itself in general, the staff is so friendly, and we’re very comforting and welcoming since the beginning of my treatment. Very clean and accommodating. Lots of chairs for multiple patients at a time. Private rooms for longer infusions. Overall really great quality and service. Beats going into the medical center I can tell you that!!!
