First time infusion patient here. Absolute joke trying to deal with the robot calls to get anything done. Making an appointment took weeks Trying to cancel is taking multiple calls. They don’t call you back. I am going a different route because this is a circus. Avoid this if at all possible.

I have been visiting this infusion center for 2 years now and I’m very happy with the service, the place itself in general, the staff is so friendly, and we’re very comforting and welcoming since the beginning of my treatment. Very clean and accommodating. Lots of chairs for multiple patients at a time. Private rooms for longer infusions. Overall really great quality and service. Beats going into the medical center I can tell you that!!!

The nurses are nice and it's clean, but those are the only positives. I came here for regular infusions for a medicine I need to function. It is near impossible to get a person on the phone, after 10 minutes of being on hold and talking to robots I would be promised a callback that I never got, which meant missing appointments after trying for days to move them.
