One star because Medix not doing what they said. I was told once they received a verbal consent from my doctor they will get me in for migraine infusion, but even after getting a call from my doctor I was told their supervisor has to review which takes 3-4 business days! I’m extremely sad and upset at Medix due to poor response. I had been calling them for past three days and every time they came up with a new story and now because of them I will be missing out on my dose for at least a month due to travel out of town.
