Medix Biltmore Clinic 2122 East Highland Ave Suite 265 Phoenix, AZ 85016 , the staff is very polite & professional , the reclining lounge chairs are very comfortable to do your treatments & there are 4 private rooms for patients if they he like to have treatments done privately , the clinic is very clean and sanitized look forward to come back to do my 2nd & last treatment 🙏
