Very friendly staff. Handled my procedure very professionally. And they gave me fruit snacks!
Medix Infusion is a complete joke. No one answers the phone, and they never return calls even after taking callback info. If you can’t handle basic communication, you have no business running a healthcare facility. Shut it down or hire people who actually care.
Might need to answer the phone......occasionally,... to assist the patient...its common courtesy...more importantly its your job...
