Fantastic! All three of the nurses were friendly and knowledgeable, and I never waited long. Complementary snacks and water too.
This is the best customer service, we have received in the last year from medical professionals. I was skeptical when we first arrived. My husband is non ambulatory and we are accustomed to poor customer service. We arrived early to our appointment and they allowed us to come in before they were open for service. I voiced my concern about my husband being transferred to the recliner and they reassured us over and over. We were allowed to see were he would get the treatment and later moved to a private room.
