Very good transportation service, Handled patient with great care. Accommodating. He quoted me a flat rate for the service. Because there were stairs in the house, he quoted (and charged) an additional $50 because two persons were needed to get patient up the stairs. Absolutely terrible. I arranged pick up or my mom, and when they came to pick her up they wanted to charge $20 extra to use a wheelchair, which was supposed to be included in the original quote of $130. The $130 price tag was steep anyway, considering its was a 12 mile round trip, They actually asked mt mon for $20 in cash. Completely unprofessional and I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Very Unprofessional, Very rude - think twice before using them. after they confirmed the appointment, they didn't show up and wanted a payment 1st after being late for 45 minutes. Poor management and dispatch very rude.
