Hello,, I currently live at Mediterranean Village. The office manager Jean believes she has the right to talk to you anyway she wants, especially black women. She likes to state that black women come into the office talking loud and being disrespectful. Although it is the opposite. She is beyond rude, and blames her rudeness on being from New York as a excuse. She is not only rude to me as resident, but to my son aswell, a 15 year old boy who is polite to everyone. I had a lovely time while living at Mediterranean Village. Jean was prompt in addressing any needs, and a friendly property manager who achieved her job and made sure tenants were happy. The maintenance team works quickly and diligently to fix anything needed. Property is safe, clean, well maintained and well loved!
A very dishonest manager told me she would have an apartment for me. Never called dodge my calls. Things happen for a reason. I found a two bedroom spacious apt with all new appliances and honest manager. Been here two months and love it. I just want to say Thank you Jean for being dishonest

I love this place! You can tell that the owner, property management company, and property manager (Jean) takes a lot pride in the complex. I had no idea how terrible my old place was until I was settled at Mediterranean Village. Seriously, the complex is beautiful, my neighbors are awesome, and my apartment is nice. (Spacious, beautiful fixtures, lovely patio, etc) It does not feel like I’m just renting, it feels like home. Jean and her little Yorkie Daisy are the best. Seriously. My fiancé and I are lucky to be here :)
