We had neighbors below and next to us who smoked, and the smell was overwhelming throughout our entire stay. Whenever we opened the window, cigarette smoke from the neighboring unit would come in, and no matter how much we tried to block the bathroom vent, the smell was always there. I absolutely love this building! The office team is exceptional, especially the wonderful group: Connie, Lola, Natalie and Sandy. A well-oiled machine! It’s impressive how well they manage everything—leave it to these incredible people to shine! Sandy is an excellent manager, and it shows in the way the employees perform.
