I have loved living in this community more than I can say. From the day we toured the complex I have felt so welcomed and cared for. I initially met with Silvia and then with Ivan, and they were both so unbelievably kind. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions, I felt like their first priority. All of our maintenance request were seen to promptly and accurately. The maintenance team was always so prompt and respectful. Great apartments in a great location. La Quinta and Mediterra are hidden gems. Highly recommend. The community events here and amenities are awesome. The suns rays hit the pool just perfectly even in the winter you can sunbathe. The trees and plants around are also beautiful. Maitenance issues are addressed and management is professional. I feel lucky to have lived here. I have for many years and this has been my experience.

I would not recommend renting at this community. We have experienced repeated maintenance issues, including technicians not showing up as scheduled and unreasonably long wait times for necessary repairs. For example, our dryer has been out of service for over two weeks. Different issues in the community take a long time to get taken care of. I've enjoyed living at Mediterra overall. The locations is great and makes getting around really easy since it's close to just about everything. Any time I've had to deal with the office, it's been a smooth experience. Jenn and Danitza have always been easy to communicate with, and the maintenance staff have been helpful when needed. In general, it's been a positive place to live, and I'd recommend Mediterra to anyone looking for a convenient location and a well run community.
