My daughters been coming here since they were little and if anytime their is an emergency you never can have a walk in appointment it's not in the morning how can you predict time when kids get sick and they never take them in I always have to end up in the ER with my kid for this reason they loose 2 patients here no good
While the facilities leave a bit to be desired, the service I received was exceptional. The receptionist was warm and friendly as was the nurse who took my vitals. The 5 stars are for the practitioner who conducted my physical. She was thorough, put my mind at ease when I shared my anxieties about visiting doctors and helped me put together a plan for my health that left me feeling empowered rather than judged. Lastly, the phlebotomist was great. Didn’t even feel the pinch of the needle.
The conditions in this hospital are so bad that when you go to see a doctor, you can't find a doctor. In such a big hospital, people's time is wasted. Everything is wasted. The service is not good Everyone's time is valuable, but it actually takes a long time for them to see a doctor. I don't understand why it takes so long to see a doctor in such a big hospital hope that those of you who are supervisors and managers should look into this matter. The nurses have no table side manner, their attitude to their patients are disrespectful and unprofessional.
