Very good attention. Fast too.
Very rude. I called to make an appointment and the woman that answered the phone hung up on me midsentence.
Horrible service, everytime I have an appointment with them they have to verify my insurance which takes about an hour, they never changed/updated my insurance in file in the past 2 years. Never recommending this place to anyone
I’m giving 4 stars because one of the staff members (a Black woman, I didn’t get her name) made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I entered the room. She spoke to me in a way that felt dumb , as if I didn’t understand anything. Thankfully, Dr. Pan San Chan was truly lovely—kind, professional, and attentive. Also, the person who did my blood draw and vision test treated me with kindness and respect, which made the experience much better overall.
Needed something extremely important done and got the help I needed. Vanessa was very helpful, kind and patient. The Doc here is amazing great mix of professionalism and humor.!
