Horrible service, everytime I have an appointment with them they have to verify my insurance which takes about an hour, they never changed/updated my insurance in file in the past 2 years. Never recommending this place to anyone
I’m giving 4 stars because one of the staff members (a Black woman, I didn’t get her name) made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I entered the room. She spoke to me in a way that felt dumb , as if I didn’t understand anything. Thankfully, Dr. Pan San Chan was truly lovely—kind, professional, and attentive. Also, the person who did my blood draw and vision test treated me with kindness and respect, which made the experience much better overall.
Needed something extremely important done and got the help I needed. Vanessa was very helpful, kind and patient. The Doc here is amazing great mix of professionalism and humor.!
I came here today to see the dental hygienist, Belkis Rodriguez & her work is absolutely amazing ! She makes you feel very comfortable before cleaning your teeth & she is VERY gentle when she actively start the cleaning process, the end results are amazing and she is truly a blessing & very much great at doing her job, I highly recommend RDH Belkis Rodriguez ! A true Gem to the community ! We need more dental hygienist just like her ! I will only choose her to clean my teeth .. keep up the great work !!
Belkis is amazing, she’s been cleaning my teeth for some years now. She’s welcoming and gentle. She’s definitely recommended!
