Updating my review as I referred a family member and their experience has been horrible. The lady that does the preauthorizations is a complete B, she told my cousin oh yes I have your prescription details, if I have time I will get to it this week. The pharmacy requested the preauthorization 15 days ago. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING UNTIL THAT LADY DECIDES TO DO HER JOB!!! This is my 2nd time and appointment with this doctor, and last time, I was waiting for 3 hours and never came, and we all patient left without checkup, today Feb. 26th. 2025 i had a 4pm appointment, but again, the representative called me that doctor is behind, and please come 5pm. Now I'm sitting and is 5:30pm and representative. She is saying that he's on the way and will be here in 15 minutes. I'm shocked that how the patients are giving him 4 or 5 stars? It is ridiculous
