We recently used Medistays and Alicia was very patient and helpful. Surgery is always stressful however having the booking process go so easily and reduced accommodation fees made a huge difference as we needed to stay for 2 weeks. No matter my queries (and there were plenty!) Alicia, Angela, Craig, were always happy to help out. Would highly recommend Medistays
Medistays have always gone above and beyond to help me find appropriate and good quality respite accommodation. They charge the lowest fee out of anyone I've known and are always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for all your respite needs anywhere in Australia.

As someone with a very rare form of MND I'd never had need to use STA (Short Term Accommodation) in the past. However, circumstances conspired that I needed it from Wednesday June 4 to Monday June 9 so my support coordinator gave me a few companies to go through. My first choice was MediStays and Alicia there was fantastic! Angela and Melissa have been so helpful and understanding of our needs as elderly, country folk trying to navigate a medical stay in Sydney.
