As someone with a very rare form of MND I'd never had need to use STA (Short Term Accommodation) in the past. However, circumstances conspired that I needed it from Wednesday June 4 to Monday June 9 so my support coordinator gave me a few companies to go through. My first choice was MediStays and Alicia there was fantastic! I lost my speech to MND years ago which meant that unlike if I was able to phone which would probably only take a couple of calls, if that, there were emails back and forth between us for a couple of week... read more

Angela and Melissa have been so helpful and understanding of our needs as elderly, country folk trying to navigate a medical stay in Sydney.
