A very easy booking process and fantastic communication. The residence was perfect and suitable for our needs, very thoughtful layout and accessibility. We highly recommend Medistays, we would have really struggled without them and are very thankful for them being available.
We recently used Medistays and Alicia was very patient and helpful. Surgery is always stressful however having the booking process go so easily and reduced accommodation fees made a huge difference as we needed to stay for 2 weeks. No matter my queries (and there were plenty!) Alicia, Angela, Craig, were always happy to help out. Would highly recommend Medistays

As someone with a very rare form of MND I'd never had need to use STA (Short Term Accommodation) in the past. However, circumstances conspired that I needed it from Wednesday June 4 to Monday June 9 so my support coordinator gave me a few companies to go through. My first choice was MediStays and Alicia there was fantastic!
