The only nice thing I can say about this place is the proximity to hospitals. The air con was freezing, no controls in room and had broken vents. The milk was two months out of date and it didn’t feel clean. The step into the bathroom is downright dangerous. Downstairs in the foyer was meals that had been delivered via uber and they were still there 3 days later. This place needs a concierge and a thorough clean

Lovely place to stay ,totally secure, close to hospitals. Room had toaster, kettle, microwave,plates, cups and cutlery. Close to shops and cafes.

Location, location, location, and that's where it ends. Towels and tea towel, should be thrown out, there is a washer but no dryer, so a towel ( thinnest towel we've ever used) for 5 days?? Used pieces of soap in shower, crockery very limited, cutlery filthy. Room was very cold, had heater, it was also filthy. Also bin in utility room was overflowing, and hadn't being emptied 4 days later. Contacted management twice about air con, wouldn't turn off, also broken vents above bed.
