Medistar 260 N Sam Houston would score a zero if I had that choice. I wasn’t able to rate that location. I’m a new client that experienced a provider that keep the clock in device because she said she didn’t have to come the 5 days that she was scheduled and she still would clock in. Said she’ll keep it in her pocket and patted her pocket. I went 5 weeks without a call or any communication from that office.
