Medisolution has terrible service...the owner is never in the office and if he is he's hiding in the back and not willing to talk with clients about concerns also they steal money and time from their clients families and don't pay the workers fairly. They do not pay for gas mileage and if you have an emergency and can't come they will not return calls until hours even days later, the labor board and BBB have been called, I would not recommend anyone use this company for care of loved ones.
CNA floaters are allowed by Medisolution staff to lie & leave clients home early w\o repercussion once matter is reported to Medisolution.
