I've been visiting this clinic for 4 years, since moving to Fayetteville. My coverage has been both with private insurance and Medicaid coverage. The staff, including desk staff, nurses, phlebotomists (blood draw), and Dr. have always been pleasant. The wait to be seen seems normal, usually 10-20 min after appointed time. Dr. Joe O'connell has always listened to my issues and been helpful with issues large and small. As I've met only with O'Connell I've no comment on other physicians. I was a patient of Dr. Norys until I discovered he missed all the warning signs that I had cancer. I really feel he should have done more with the first warning sign besides saying "protein in your blood is a little high, we'll have to keep an eye on that". But "we" never did. Even after other warning signs started he never made the connection. So from February to October my cancer grew until I was completely consumed. I still suffer from the consequences of his non-action.
Friendly staff, excellent care, short wait times, referrals to specialists when needed, and an overall concern for one's health and well being.
We've been taking our daughter to Dr. Lee since she was 2 months old (she's now 5), and have since started using him for the whole family. Dr. Lee and his staff are friendly, professional, and kind. They know us by name when we walk in, and even recognize us and call us by name when we see in of them out in the community. They are wonderful about trying to squeeze us in if we need a last minute appointment. If you call and leave a message for one of the nurses they actually call you back. They rarely answer the phone and when they do The receptionist puts you on hold for up to 20 minutes. I just left my contact information and it's been over an hour and no phone call from the receptionist to schedule an appointment. I am sick and I need to see a dr. I guess I'll go somewhere else. I went to Dr Cooper for 20 years. Not the same professional caring staff as when Dr Cooper and Toni were there.
Beware of Dr. Arthur at this clinic. I have never felt so uncomfortable alone with a doctor. However I have heard some of the other doctors here are great.
In Fayetteville staying with my son a few days. Developed cough and congestion. Went to this clinic and was in, diagnosed, treated and left within an hour. Staff and MD were kind and quick. Didn't feel rushed even though they were so quick. Highly recommend this if you need a walk in clinic.

He stopped seeing me bc I called to reschedule my appointment bc my husband was in the hospital ! Wow what a doctor !
