If the massive negative comments keep showing up over and over, and nothing improves, then the doctors who own the clinic are the ones liable and responsible for improving service.The fact these doctors accept this poor service, says more about them as professionals, than it does the reception and office staff.

I have been a patient of Dr, Lochub since he took over from my previous doctor! I could not of asked for a better doctor!! He truly takes his time with every situation that arises!!
Dr, Lochub is a fantastic doctor - wouldn't want anyone else for my husband. The office however, is one of the worst I have encountered. I have tried to reason with them, tried to be kind, tried to be extra polite but all to no avail. Trying to phone and have them actually respond is very difficult. Getting an appointment is also difficut. So sad, as the doctor they work for is efficient, empathetic, knowledgeable and responsive. 5 stars for Dr. Lochub less than 1 star for the office.
