I think medisan health is a great place. The people rating one stars are probably for other reasons but most of the time they’re great doctors and receptionists. If the receptionists aren’t answering, that means they’re really busy.
The receptionists’ attitude felt oddly detached and unwelcoming, as if basic courtesy was missing. It created a very awkward and frustrating first impression. Specifically, the receptionist with green hair and the one with a piercing behaved as if they were from another planet.
They have the best receptionists at this clinic. I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years and Crystal has been there. She is extremely organized and knows a lot of the patients personally. I called with an inquiry this morning needing a referral sent off and she already knew the background and knew who I am- she’s very competent! I think that’s very rare for a busy clinic so I hope she sticks around as she is truly amazing. Worst receptionist I've met so far! Went to this facility to handover my application since the clinic is accepting new patients, but attitude of this lady with green hair and piercings were horrible, and she purposely kept my application undneeth entire stack of papers saying you might not hear from us. I highly doubt that she'll even give that to the doctor. Extremely disappointed
If the massive negative comments keep showing up over and over, and nothing improves, then the doctors who own the clinic are the ones liable and responsible for improving service.The fact these doctors accept this poor service, says more about them as professionals, than it does the reception and office staff.
