I could not have been treated better by the staff and doctor here. They were quick and very kind.
I was feeling horrible and could not get an appointment at my PCP office (nothing new) so I went to Mediquick. The staff and provider were all amazing. From taking time to locate my insurance info to letting me wait in my car and even letting me lie down and getting me a soft blanket. The compassion and empathy shown was so appreciated and such a nice change from past experiences. Your team should be proud of the job they are doing.
This has been THE worst urgent care experience I have ever received and quite frankly, I'm not sure how these people are licensed to practice medicine. It felt like I was dealing with first year med students. I was so uncomfortable and in pain the entire time that I was there and was met with apathy (outside of one male nurse). I was treated very efficiently with compassion, respect and expertise by Dr. Bogdanowicz and his team. As a dentist, I know the difference. Heaven forbid that I need urgent care in the near future, but I would not hesitate to call this office for help.
I was just in Medi Quick at 6 Office Park Drive, and the nurse practitioner wrote two prescriptions. I was asked what pharmacy and told them CVC on Belle Terre here in Palm Coast. That was about 45 minutes ago, so I called the pharmacy to check the status, and they said they were "working on one prescription, including one from another store." I called the other CVC on the other end of town, and they are working on one there as well. How inconvenient, why would they call two prescriptions into two different CVC locations on ... read more
