Very friendly staff from the front desk to the physician
The only Urgent Care I will ever go to. They listen to what is going on, efficient, and always fix my issues. I can count that I will be in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will never go anywhere else.
I’ve been to a good amount of urgent cares, emergency rooms and private practices but I’ve got to give a shout out to this locations PA Sierra Hubbard who treated my father really well and with respect. Not only did she treat my father with respect, she is probably the best PA I’ve ever seen due to the questions she asked, the medication she prescribed, as well as pointing us to the right direction. Great place to go in general and even better if you run into Sierra.
My experience with this place is I had went to one visit in July.. they took my insurance the first time. I paid a 50 dollar co charge. I went for another visit maybe end of July beginning of June so around the same time. They then stat they do not take my insurance when they just took it the first appointment. I asked why it changed, the front desk stated the person before must have not known what they were doing when I came in before. Not my problem nor my fault.
