My wife experienced a similar billing issue with the other reviewers. She visited her OB/GYN in Jan 2026 and her labs were sent to Medipath. We received a bill from them in May saying "policy terminated" on the insurance, because they had her outdated insurance info from 2025. I call them the next day to provide the updated 2026 insurance, which they accepted, and said they would reprocess the bill. Instead, in July 2026 they sent the bill to collections. Our insurance confirmed they did not receive a claim.
This company is the absolute worst when it comes to billing resolutions. I received a bill in February 2026 for services rendered in October 2025. Upon contacting them, I discovered they did not have current insurance information- which I provided over the phone and mailed a copy as well. After calling more than a dozen times and speaking with representatives promising to escalate the concern, in May 2026, my account was sent to collections.
