Didn't realize my OBGYN would send my specimen here as this place is not covered under insurance. I tried paying online multiple times and it said "Account no found." Now it was sent to collections. Terrible company.
We are a boutique laboratory that exclusively serves VitalMD physicians. Unlike large reference laboratories, we provide dedicated, personalized service with a fast turnaround time tailored to your practice’s needs.
Place needs to be shut down. They send you a bill with a qr code to scan to pay. You do that, but the website tells you record not found. You attempt this multiple times, same result. Call the company to pay over the phone, and they inform you the amount due has been sent to collections. Avoid like the plague.
Worst communication, I had tests completed and paid over $3000 dollars I had a balance owed I knew nothing about and they sent to collections with no communication at all
