We had a unique case where our 2017 Tundra would be best if totaled out, to keep from having warranty issues later. The rental car company was scheduled to pick me up @ 9:00, I showed up at Medine's @ 8:30. They said I should not have to wait for 30 minutes on a ride to the rental car company. The owner gave me a ride to get my rental car and came inside to make sure they had me a vehicle before he left. Awesome service!
