Only putting one star because it doesn’t allow you to put zero stars. I didn’t happen to get the name of who I was unlucky enough to speak with over the phone, but he was by far one of the most rude, ignorant, unpleasant people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Considering this is a medical company, you would assume kindness and hospitality would be in their nature. I received nothing but hostility from the man I spoke to. It’s almost like they’re new at being a decent person.
