I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professional communication at this shop. I explicitly requested a haircut length of a little over half an inch. The barber agreed, but proceeded to cut it significantly shorter. When I checked his clipper guard afterward, I saw he used a 3/8 inch guard. His explanation was that 3/8 was the ‘longest guard he owned.’ If a professional does not have the tools to execute a requested service, they have an obligation to inform the customer before cutting, not just do whatever they want.... read more
This place is fantastic! The barber has excellent taste in TV shows, which made the conversation really enjoyable. I had a great time chatting with him, and on top of that, he offers the best prices in Chicago for a barbershop. Highly recommended!
