Preston was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He provided excellent customer service, and the company is a pleasure to work with.
They seemed super helpful. I went to pick up the sod which is over an hour drive. Then I took it back to the job site another hour drive. I got there and they weren’t bright enough to cut the sod I ordered. They gave me a completely different sod that didn’t match AT ALL. I called and they excepted me to come all the way back over their mistake. They finally agreed to deliver it and fought me the WHOLE time on where it needed dropped off.
