Terrible service, went in for my 11:25 “appointment”, checked in at 10:50 they stuck me in an examination room for an hour 12:30 comes no Dr. end up talking to Janie from castroville and she explained to me that that’s perfectly normal and if I can’t waste half my day for a prescription refill then I should seek another Dr. BTW this happens every time
