No response after 3 tries, all at least 30 minutes apart. They must not need any new business.
I recommend texting the number. Response is much faster, and usually even in the off hours returns.
Avoid at all cost. Giving 2 stars because they did get my mower running, while I could not. Initial problem was a very hard start over the last couple years, and engine would not roll over in the spring. He had the mower for over 2 weeks and when he finally brought it back, the mower started very hard while still on his trailer. You could tell right away that the problem was not fixed.
