The online rental was easy. Went to the space, a digital padlock was on the unit with a new lock inside. It was clean and perfect. Ease of getting in and out is great.
They have awesome customer service. And very quick to get answers over the phone anytime I call them which is great since not dealing with an on-site location. So happy I choose them!
The person that I worked with was very helpful in the process. Very quick to getting back to me when I had questions. It’s the second space I needed and I can't say enough positive things about my experience renting another storage unit in this facility. Thank you!
At first I had several issues. However, I finally found Beth to talk to at Storage Sense‑Hamel. She absolutely deserves a 5‑star shoutout!!! She not only fixed my issues quickly and professionally, but she was genuinely wonderful to talk to! It’s extremely rare to find someone who combines great customer service with such kindness and patience. She went above and beyond every step of the way, and I left the conversation feeling taken care of and quite valued. Storage Sense is very lucky to have BETH:)
