Several things set this storage facility apart from the others in the area. I run a handyman business and so the fact that it is open 24 hours is very convenient as I can load and unload tools after hours and early in the morning. The owner Steven and his wife are very understanding and helpful whenever I need them. I have a unit that is 10'x20' and 13" ceiling, access doors on both ends make it easy to store the less used items in the center, and there aren't any unwanted guests (mice, bugs) . It used to be owned locally. Had a unit for over 10 yrs here, never a problem. These people sent out letters to where to send the payments. Sent to said address, and was charged with late fees and told the rent was going up. The lady was rude and condescending. We removed our items.
