They quoted me a price over the phone for a spring replacement, but when the technician arrived, he said that price was only for “basic” parts and insisted I needed “premium” hardware — nearly double the cost. I felt pressured and misled. Would not recommend.
I had a terrible experience with Medina Garage Door Systems. The installer was careless and damaged my drywall during the opener installation. When I pointed it out, he shrugged and said, “It happens.” Customer service refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. Completely unprofessional from top to bottom.
I've had a Medina Garage Door in my garage for over 10 years! It has worked very smoothly. The installation was excellent. I was very happy with the door, the installation and the mechanism. Recently I contacted Dan at Medina Doors again, because the door had a 'hickup' when closing. We connected that same day and came to see it within 48h.
