Had work done to my house in Chicago. Someone else was doing the job. The contractor I had broke windows I had to installed. I called medina exteriors and they sent new windows asap. There was one problem tho...seeing that the business is in Ohio and I'm in Chicago the windows were sent to the place in Ohio instead of Chicago. Not a problem for them at all....they had a 2 man crew DRIVE my windows to me the next day to Chicago so my NEW contractor could install them! Great service!

Just had a new roof put on our 56 year old ranch house. The large crew of workers did it in one day. Cleaned up all the mess very well too. We love our new green roof on our yellow house. No more leaks and peace of mind for the coming winter.
Do not deal with this company. Had new doors installed and soffits vented about a year ago and have had literally at least 8 follow ups to fix problems. Rescheduled appointments because of THEIR scheduling errors. Doors installed incorrectly then made to feel like it was our fault even after the door manufacturer said the door was hung incorrectly. Soffits vented but when the gutters were re-hung they were hung incorrectly as well and have water pouring from seams on the house. I can call and say my name and they know who I ... read more
