I had a wonderful experience with Medina. I needed catering with only a few days notice and they were able to accommodate immediately. The price was extremely affordable, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the whole process was super smooth. They really removed any stress we had about the catering. Also, special thanks to Brian Sevillia who helped guide us on our options. He was very kind and always available, and he specifically worked with us to get the right items for our event.
We had a wonderful experience working with Medina for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. From the very beginning, Brian was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient as we worked through different menu options and budgets, and he provided multiple quotes without ever making us feel pressured. Medina Cuisine catered our son's engagement//henna party.....from start to finish they were receptive to my crazy ideas....Brian was superb!!! He took my vision and made it come to life!! The food was excellent and bountiful!! The moroccan cigars and chicken wings were a huge hit....the fish was my favorite!! Medina has excellent staff, service and presentation! And the deserts!!! Excellent food!
Medina cuisine catered an event for us a few nights ago. They handled A to Z with utmost care and professionalism. The food was fresh and tasty, the presentation was very appealing and the set up and clean up staff were phenomenal. Will definitely use them again.
