We hired Medina cuisine to cater our annual shul banquet--they did an amazing job in every way. They were responsive, professional, organized, provided highly trained staff, presented food in an upscale manner in addition to it being very delicious. They exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.
Medina has managed multiple events for me. Delicious and inventive food, beautifully presented, and super flexible with our guest's dietary constraints. On top of that, amazing service. Our catering team were an extension of us - welcoming and attentive to our guests. I look forward to our next event with Medina. Can't imagine working with anyone else.

Michael Medina does an amazing job from every angle. First, the food is delicious, refined, and unique. At the same time, he will gladly work with you to provide classic dishes. Michael is a real professional, with years of experience that shows in how he works with you to plan your event -- even when you have unexpected changes that require tweaks. The amount of food served was plentiful and is a great value. Michael's food is kosher under the va'ad. I would highly recommend calling him for your next event.
