Horrible lying people. Put my lease through a credit union, with no notice i have to go full term. They are a bunch of crooks. I've had many leases, and this by far is the most horrible experience with dishonest people. Please stay away. PLEASE! My vehicle is worth nothing due to them 2 years into my lease. Actually 10000 in negative equity. Please stay away.
I went to Medina Jeep to purchase a new vehicle. I purchased a jeep there, 3 years ago and had a great salesperson . Unfortunately he moved on and so did anything that resembled service. The salesperson I got was inefficient, failed to return calls and was an extremely poor communicator. I’ve personally had a few different issues with this location. First, my car was not detailed upon purchase as promised. Second, I’ve had the car two years(and the car is 2 years old) and have ran into electrical or other issues.
