Drove down to test drive a car and the managers changed their mind on allowing me to test drive the car. It was a 30 minute drive one way, then to wait 30+ minutes was very disappointing.
I used a different Cadillac dealer for previous 2 leases and they were not able to touch the deal I got on this one. I called in, asked some questions and Dave handled the whole deal over the phone. They were very accommodating to my mother who could not walk very well and delivered her car to the house. Stand up crew, transparent process start to finish. Thank you very much for the painless process!
Excellent choices
Shame on you to refuse the warranty service on the brand new Cadillac Escalate 2025 and we had to drive to Akron to get service. Very disappointed.
