Worst communication with a service department I've ever had. Had my vehicle for over a month. I called three times. Never got an answer, never got a returned phone call. Was called to come pick up my vehicle after waiting 20 minutes for them to get it. Then turns out it wasn't even ready yet. It was another week.
Satisfied with the time it took to get replacement part under warranty and get us back on the road. Very pleased with Medina Auto Mall service department.
It was great dropped off night before. And waited for them to call when it was done. However I dropped it off at Dodge dealership. Part of same company.
Everyone was very nice & professional-was done faster than times before
