We have leased a few vehicles from here over the years. We were excited to return as my lease is up soon and it’s usually a seamless, pleasant experience. Showed up, went in the building, and not one person acknowledged our presence. We went out to the lot and looked at a few cars just to give it time. Nothing. Went back inside and walked around to see a lot of people on the sales floor looking at us from their desks while eating and chatting with each other but not one person approached us or asked how they could assist us.... read more
Beware of Dodge service area. It's bad when other Dodge dealerships told me to get my vehicle away from there. If you take your vehicle there please get a second opinion because they think women don't know anything. Wrong, I come from a family of mechanics
