Been going for a long time has been extremely helpful for my sleep and pain management with with my wrists, ankle and back. Lily and team are fantastic and has been the best medical massage that I have had that has actually helped with my pain.

So grateful for this wonderful place! I have fibromyalgia and more recently months elbow tendonitis and plantar fasciitis all on my left side, months of increasing pain, unresponsive to stretching, massage and physical therapy. Medi Massage is a very special place. Lily used an educated, targeted and nurturing approach to relieve my pain. She also suggested stretches and exercises to do at home to support my recovery. The staff is friendly and professional. And the space is gorgeous! So clean, fresh, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
