Staff are nice and friendly!
I called in and informed them that I had two quick queries. As soon as the lady answered first query, she immediately hung up without waiting for response or answering my second query about tetanus shot. I know call volumes are high and things can be tough but disconnecting calls within seconds of answering is probably the reason people are having to call back and ask again, contributing to call volumes.
