I’m thankful to be a patient at this clinic, where I feel heard and well cared for. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and understanding.
I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for a week now. I have been back and forth between my doctor and the pharmacy at shoppers, and the pharmacy is the only one who actually helped me. I called the doctors office everyday for 3 days and kept being told the same thing, that my perscription was on his list to fill out. I also told them during this time that I only had a couple doses left. Dr. Zehtabi is our family doctor and he’s been amazing. He’s kind, gentle and a great listener. It’s hard these days to find doctors that are caring and accommodating. We went in for our daughter’s vaccination, had some extra questions about my husband’s caffeine intake issues and he’s happy to answer everything. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Zehtabi.
