When I asked a question about the compatability of 2 of the products the store manager informed me they were. I consulted the manual as it appeared off. Upon doing so the use of that combination voided the manufacturers warranty as the tolerances were wrong. The store manager told me he "didn't care what the manual said". Upon device failure it took years to get a replacement because they didn't that model anymore. The manufacturer told me they do and they had them in stock at the store, and the reseller was the issue.

Michaela is a wonderful human being. She is not only VERY knowledgeable but, she is clearly very compassionate and cares for your healthy sleep. She is authentic and generous with her time. She explains things so clearly. My mom needed a change of mask and she went in the back and found a different type of mask that worked much better even though my mom originally purchased her equipment in Toronto. Simply a wonderful person who makes the whole process of learning to use a CPAP machine as easy as possible.
