I am delighted to share my thoughts about Cassandra. She has now visited my home twice to follow up on the delivery of oxygen machines/supplies and to teach me how to set up and use the machines. I found Cassandra to be very personable, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful - all with a lovely sense of humour. I am very grateful to have been added to her no doubt heavy caseload. In my view, Cassandra has all the attributes of an outstanding teacher, especially in the field of adult education.
I had to get a new CPAP machine,, I meet with Michaela and felt welcomed. All my questions were answered and she was very knowledgeable about the products. Michaela was very professional and personable. The whole experience was very positive and comforting. Thank you Michaela.
I received my first CPAP machine a little over a month ago. Michaela worked with me to explain all my options for masks and machines. She then set up a loaner machine for me to try out for a month going through all the settings. A month later I have my own new machine and was told to call anytime with any questions or problems I might have. So far it's been great. I called this outfit for what was for me an emergency on Sunday 28th of September. I was in some urgent need of an oxygen set up in my home. Despite the fact that I actually spoke to an answering service and was told a rep would be in contact with me quickly. The call did not come. After a couple hours waiting I reached out to ProResp in St. Catharines. Not only did ProResp get back to me within minutes my oxygen was setup within hours of my initial contact with ProResp.
