I had to get a new CPAP machine,, I meet with Michaela and felt welcomed. All my questions were answered and she was very knowledgeable about the products. Michaela was very professional and personable. The whole experience was very positive and comforting. Thank you Michaela.
I received my first CPAP machine a little over a month ago. Michaela worked with me to explain all my options for masks and machines. She then set up a loaner machine for me to try out for a month going through all the settings. A month later I have my own new machine and was told to call anytime with any questions or problems I might have. So far it's been great. I called this outfit for what was for me an emergency on Sunday 28th of September. I was in some urgent need of an oxygen set up in my home. Despite the fact that I actually spoke to an answering service and was told a rep would be in contact with me quickly. The call did not come. The staff are helpful, informative, caring. I was able to get help with a broken part and set up with a new mask and hose. Very happy new customer.
