I just want to give this note as sincere appreciation to Autumn Hawke at Medigas Newmarket. After testing I was advised to get a CPAP machine ASAP. Needleless to say I was scared at the urgency to get the machine. I was very nervous at my first appointment at Medigas. Autumn obviously realized this and calmly walk me through the whole process. Initially everything was wonderful. I will admit I had problems adjusting to the “mask” for the most part the staff were wonderful sadly my last encounter was very very disappointing the staff member was abrupt, snarky and very rude I have to question if she had to pay for the returned items
I have been advised by my doctor to get a CPAP machine. I could not have been happier with the service and support from Autumn Hawke. Autumn is kind, caring and goes the extra mile. I cannot thank Autumn enough for all the advice help. She has been an angel.
