Terrible Terrible staff. The gave me a temporary machine that was a downgrade from what I had. Then refused to give back the one odsp payed for. Now that the faulty temporary machine doesn't work they want to try and charge me weekly. So there way to fix there mistake is charging me. Horrible company. Since I do have severe sleep apina I will definitely make sure anything happens medigas I liable. What disgusting behavior
My mother has been a customer of Medigas for 25 yrs and today we were very lucky to meet with Autumn. She goes above and beyond!! She was friendly, very thorough, took the time to listen and understand my mothers specific needs, explained everything very thoroughly and was happy to answer all our questions. Autumn was friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable! She made my mother and I feel very comfortable. Autumn went above and beyond and made this an amazing experience for us!! Thank you, Autumn!!

I went into this appointment thinking I already knew a fair amount about CPAP equipment—Jacqueline quickly raised the bar. She took the time to understand my specific needs and explained why certain features matter, not just what to buy. Her recommendation to use a heated tube has already made a noticeable difference in comfort and usability.
