She took the time to understand my specific needs and explained why certain features matter, not just what to buy. I received my sleep apnea machine from Medigas a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the customer service was excellent—friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. I’m very grateful for the great help and would highly recommend Medigas to anyone needing sleep apnea equipment.
Great staff and friendly, helped me get setup with a new machine.
They have a “Kindness” sign posted probably intended for customers. My husband stopped in with two questions and felt put down. Time to move the “Kindness” sign so the miserable employee could read it!
I have been buying my CPAP machine from Medigans since 2008. And I know what I want to buy when it comes to replacement. Patrica is very friendly and helpful for me. Not tried to hard sell other products like other companies. Even at the end, she gave me a surprise gift. Thanks
