After being diagnosed with Sleep Apnea I was referred to the Newmarket location of Medigas in order to get the necessary equipment that I required. When I attended the store for my appointment I was pleasantly greeted by Patricia. Patrica went on to explain the equipment that I required and helped me choose the equipment that I required. Very inefficient and low-quality customer service It took an unbelievably long time (no less than 45 minutes) for the front desk girl to do a refund that had to be done because of an incorrect sales order, although I was the only customer at the time. The girl was certainly not polite. She thought she was doing me a favour by doing the work. She is not new but needs full retraining on how to use the software and customer service skills. I just want to give this note as sincere appreciation to Autumn Hawke at Medigas Newmarket. After testing I was advised to get a CPAP machine ASAP. Needleless to say I was scared at the urgency to get the machine. I was very nervous at my first appointment at Medigas. Autumn obviously realized this and calmly walk me through the whole process.
